Ocean Sunfish

(Mola mola), is the heaviest known bony fish in the world, weighing up to 2205 lbs (1000kg). They are found worldwide in both temperate & tropical waters. They are shaped like an oval disc with a fin on top & bottom. Its caudal fin is a lumpy stump which acts like a rudder to steer the fish.They eat mainly jellyfish.
